Digital Products (E-Books)

Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds on E-books once the file has been distributed.

Physical Books

We understand that sometimes purcases don't work out as planned. We are happy to offer refunds on physical books, under the following conditions:

You request a refund within 30 days of receiveing your order.

The book is returned to us in original, undamaged condition. This includes any packaging any accessories that came with the book.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at thesurfersguide@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructons on how to return the book.

Once we receive the book and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund for the purchase of the book, minus any original shipping costs.

Please Note:

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the book is not returned in its original condition or if the request is made outside of the 30-day window mentioned above.
